Francis Hopcroft
Francis Hopcroft is a retired college professor in civil and environmental engineering. He is the author of four books and co-author of 21 others on engineering topics including Engineering Economics for Environmental Engineers (Momentumpress.net, 2016) and Presenting Technical Data to a Non-Technical Audience (Momentumpress.net, 2019).
